About
A Persian-inspired oasis celebrating freedom, secularity, equality, and the spirit of shared humanity. Inspired by the Persian tradition of hospitality and gathering, our camp invites Burners to connect through tea, music, poetry, dance, and conversation. Visitors can participate in cultural experiences such as Persian calligraphy, language mini-lessons, poetry readings, and communal tea ceremonies. Through these interactive offerings, we create a welcoming space where people can slow down, breathe, and share meaningful moments with others. Camp Nafas brings the warmth of Persian culture to the playa while embracing Burning Man's principles of participation, gifting, and radical inclusion.
