Mechanical Garden

From Wednesday to Saturday afternoons, we share iced mung bean and osmanthus sweet soup with anyone passing by, a traditional Chinese summer dessert meant to cool people down in the desert heat. Red silk and playful mechanical flowers create a small garden space where people can wander, rest, and explore. We also take casual portraits and sometimes gift Polaroid photos so visitors can leave with a small memory of the playa. With shade, gentle music, and open hearts, we hope to create a little oasis where people can pause, connect, and share a joyful moment in the desert.
